New Year 2023 is present before us with countless hopes, achievements, gifts, and creative inspirations. Just like a new cloth, a new house, or a new gift is dear to us and fills us with excitement, enthusiasm, joy, and freshness, similarly, New Year 2023 is a special gift of time for us from God. Countless changes and schemes are implemented all through the year, and every time the New Year allows us to make a new start. New Year is the festival and celebration of rectifying our mistakes done by us during the past year and moving ahead with pious feelings and renewed enthusiasm. The message that we get from the beginning of the New Year is that we should continuously strive to open the treasure of our achievements through our experience, hard work, and diligent efforts.

The New Year is not only the beginning of the year, but it is also an opportunity to develop new ideas and pursue various small and large hopes. The New Year brings with it a huge treasure trove of blessings such as the determination to fulfil various aspirations and dreams, the zeal to move towards and achieve a set goal, the desire to do something great, the heartfelt wish to forget past failures and painful moments, the desire to strive for spiritual advancement, and much more.

The New Year is a time to rejoice and be joyful. It is the coming together of new life, new creation, new vision, and new ideas. It is a source of new energy and the spread of new consciousness. On the occasion of the New Year, we spread the beautiful gift of harmony and affection, and convey heartfelt Best Wishes and congratulations to others; thus, nice and pious feelings are communicated and disseminated throughout the entire world.

!!देव संस्कृति विश्विद्यालय में स्थपित प्रज्ञेश्वर महादेव!! ध्यानी नहीं शिव सारसा, ग्यानी सा गोरख। ररै रमै सूं निसतिरयां, कोड़ अठासी रिख।। साभार : हंसा तो मोती चुगैं पुस्तक से शिव जैसा ध्यानी नहीं है। ध्यानी हो तो शिव जैसा हो। क्या अर्थ है? ध्यान का अर्थ होता हैः न विचार, वासना, न स्मृति, न कल्पना। ध्यान का अर्थ होता हैः भीतर सिर्फ होना मात्र। इसीलिए शिव को मृत्यु का, विध्वंस का, विनाश का देवता कहा है। क्योंकि ध्यान विध्वंस है--विध्वंस है मन का। मन ही संसार है। मन ही सृजन है। मन ही सृष्टि है। मन गया कि प्रलय हो गई। ऐसा मत सोचो कि किसी दिन प्रलय होती है। ऐसा मत सोचो कि एक दिन आएगा जब प्रलय हो जाएगी और सब विध्वंस हो जाएगा। नहीं, जो भी ध्यान में उतरता है, उसकी प्रलय हो जाती है। जो भी ध्यान में उतरता है, उसके भीतर शिव का पदार्पण हो जाता है। ध्यान है मृत्यु--मन की मृत्यु, "मैं" की मृत्यु, विचार का अंत। शुद्ध चैतन्य रह जाए--दर्पण जैसा खाली! कोई प्रतिबिंब न बने। तो एक तो यात्रा है ध्यान की। और फिर ध्यान से ही ज्ञान का जन्म होता है। जो ज्ञान ध्यान के बिना तुम इकट्ठा ...

व्यंग्य: राजधानी दिल्ली की हवा हुई और खराब, राजनेताओं की बातों में कुछ नहीं 'खरा' अब

देश की राजधानी दिलवालों की दिल्ली आजकल किसी और के लिए ही जानी जा रही है - वो है यहां की एयर क्वॉलिटी इंडेक्स । यहां की हवा में अब ऐसा जहर घुल चुका है कि सांस लेना किसी कारनामे से कम नहीं लगता। ख़राब एयर क्वॉलिटी से हालात इतने दयनीय हैं कि लोग गहरी सांस लेने की बजाय William Shakespeare के “Hamlet” की तरह सोच रहे हैं- "To breathe or not to breathe, that is the question." यहां की वायु में घुला यह धुआं किसी त्रासदी से कम नहीं, लेकिन सफेद कुर्ताधारियों के लिए यह बस राजनीति का नया मुद्दा ही अपितु एक पॉलिटिकल डायलॉग और लफ्फाजी का अखाड़ा बन चुका है। दिल्ली की ज़हरीली हवा में अब सांस लेना किसी बॉलीवुड के फिल्मी विलेन से लड़ने जैसा हो गया है। यहां के हालात देखकर “Hamlet” का एक अन्य संवाद याद आती है- "Something is rotten in the state of Denmark." बस, ‘डेनमार्क’ की जगह आप दिल्ली लिख लें, बाकी सब वैसा ही है। देश राजधानी की एयर क्वॉलिटी इंडेक्स का हाल पूछिए, तो जवाब आता है—जहांगीरपुरी 458, मुंडका 452, और आनंद विहार 456। अब यह AQI नहीं, जैसे कोई IPL Cricket Match का...
